Delete your FIX SERVICE account

Delete it yourself

1. Open the FIX SERVICE app, or sign in at app.fixservicenyc.com in any browser.
2. Go to Profile. At the bottom of the page, tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and tap Send the code.
4. Enter the six-digit code we email you and tap Delete.

The account is deleted right away, and you are signed out.

Can't sign in?

Forgot your password? Tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen, set a new one and delete the account as above.

No longer have access to the email on your account? Write to us at info@fixservicenyc.com from any address, with your name and phone number. We make sure it's you and delete the account.

What is deleted

• Your account: the email, phone and password no longer sign in to it, and Face ID sign-in in the app is turned off.
• Saved payment methods: your cards are unlinked from the account.
• Your personal garage.
• Your plans, monthly and annual, stop right away, and nothing more is charged. The Membership Agreement explains refunds.
• Card payments for FIX Board ads stop.
• Cars you listed for sale come off the site, and your giveaway entries end.
• Notifications, emails and text messages about the account stop, in the app on your phone too.

What FIX SERVICE keeps

Repair orders, estimates, invoices, payments, refunds and the documents that go with them stay with the shop for 6 years after the account is deleted, for taxes, warranty and disputes. They include the name, phone, email and vehicle they were made out to. Nobody can sign in to the deleted account or use it.

If your account never had a repair, a payment, an order or a listing, there is nothing to keep: after you delete it, email info@fixservicenyc.com and we erase it completely.
