    Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

    Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

    Last updated: May 30, 2026

    Company: FIX SERVICE CORP

    Business Name: FIX SERVICE

Address: 114 Van Duzer St, Staten Island, NY 10301

    Phone: (929) 690-8278

    Website: https://fixservicenyc.com

    Refund Policy URL: https://fixservicenyc.com/refund-policy

    1. Purpose of This Policy

This Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy explains how FIX SERVICE handles refunds, returns, cancellations, deposits, special orders, parts, labor, diagnostics, services, online purchases, payment links, store purchases, and customer requests related to refunds or credits.

This Policy applies to eligible transactions with FIX SERVICE, including automotive services, diagnostics, repair work, parts, merchandise, online store purchases, customer-approved orders, special order parts, payment links, subscriptions, memberships, deposits, and related business transactions.

Some transactions may also be governed by separate repair orders, estimates, invoices, warranty terms, subscription terms, rental agreements, vehicle sale documents, SMS terms, Terms of Use, or other written agreements. If a specific written agreement applies to a transaction, that agreement may control for that specific transaction unless prohibited by law.

    2. General Policy

FIX SERVICE aims to handle refund, return, and cancellation requests fairly, clearly, and consistently.

Refunds are not automatic. Each request is reviewed based on the type of transaction, work performed, parts ordered, parts installed, supplier rules, payment method, customer authorization, vehicle condition, timing of the request, applicable law, and any written agreement between the customer and FIX SERVICE.

Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method, as store credit, as account credit, by company check, or by another method approved by FIX SERVICE, where permitted by law.

FIX SERVICE may decline a refund, return, exchange, credit, or cancellation request when the item or service is not eligible under this Policy, has already been performed, has been installed, has been used, is special order, is non-returnable, has been damaged, is missing packaging, was approved by the customer, or is otherwise excluded.

    3. Proof of Purchase Required

To request a refund, return, exchange, or credit, the customer must provide proof of purchase or proof of transaction.

    Acceptable proof may include:

    FIX SERVICE invoice.

    Repair order.

    Receipt.

    Online order confirmation.

    Stripe payment confirmation.

    Payment link confirmation.

    Credit card transaction record.

    Customer account record.

Other documentation accepted by FIX SERVICE.

FIX SERVICE may deny a return or refund request if the transaction cannot be verified.

    4. Time Limits for Return Requests

Unless a different period is stated in writing, eligible retail merchandise purchased directly from FIX SERVICE may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This 30-day period applies only to eligible retail merchandise and eligible online store purchases. It does not automatically apply to diagnostics, labor, installed parts, special order parts, electrical parts, fluids, custom orders, completed services, subscriptions, deposits, towing, storage, inspections, programming, or other excluded items and services.

If a product, service, invoice, repair order, quote, promotion, or written agreement states a different return or cancellation period, that specific period may apply.

    5. Condition of Returned Merchandise

Returned merchandise must be in acceptable condition.

To be eligible for return, merchandise generally must be:

    Unused.

    Uninstalled.

    Undamaged.

    Clean.

    Complete.

    In original packaging.

With all manuals, labels, hardware, accessories, seals, and components included.

Suitable for resale or return to the supplier.

FIX SERVICE may refuse a return if the item is dirty, damaged, altered, installed, tested on a vehicle, missing components, missing packaging, marked, scratched, used, contaminated, or otherwise not in returnable condition.

    6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by law or unless FIX SERVICE expressly agrees in writing:

    Installed parts.

    Used parts.

    Opened electrical parts.

    Electronic modules.

    Control units.

    Sensors.

    Relays.

    Fuses and fuse boxes.

    Wiring harnesses.

Batteries that have been installed, activated, registered, programmed, or used.

    Special order parts.

Dealer-only parts ordered for a specific vehicle.

    Custom ordered parts.

    Painted parts.

    Programmed parts.

    Coded parts.

    Cut keys.

    Key fobs.

    Immobilizer components.

Airbag or restraint system components where return is not allowed by law, supplier rule, or safety policy.

    Fluids.

    Oils.

    Coolants.

    Refrigerant.

    Chemicals.

    Cleaners.

    Sealants.

Gaskets or seals once opened or installed.

Wear items that have been installed or used.

Tires that have been mounted, driven on, damaged, or altered.

Brake parts that have been installed.

Parts missing original packaging or labels.

    Clearance items.

    Final sale items.

    “As is” items.

    Items damaged after purchase.

Items not purchased from FIX SERVICE.

    Customer-supplied parts.

    7. Special Order Parts

Special order parts are parts ordered specifically for a customer, a specific vehicle, a specific VIN, a specific repair, a specific appointment, or a specific customer-approved job.

Special order parts may require a deposit or full payment before ordering.

Special order parts may be non-cancelable, non-returnable, or subject to restocking fees, supplier fees, shipping fees, handling fees, or vendor cancellation charges.

If a customer cancels a repair or refuses installation after a special order part has been ordered, the customer may remain responsible for:

    The cost of the part.

    Shipping charges.

    Vendor fees.

    Restocking fees.

    Labor already performed.

    Diagnostic time.

    Administrative processing.

Storage charges where permitted by law.

Any other cost incurred by FIX SERVICE for the customer-approved order.

If the supplier accepts the part back, any approved refund may be reduced by supplier charges, restocking fees, shipping fees, payment processing fees, or other costs not refunded to FIX SERVICE.

    8. Restocking Fees

Eligible returned parts or merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to eligible returned parts, special order parts, supplier-returned parts, dealer parts, heavy parts, electronic parts, or items requiring additional inspection, handling, packaging, or supplier return approval.

Some supplier restocking fees may exceed 25% or may be non-refundable. If a supplier charges FIX SERVICE a higher non-refundable fee for a specific customer-approved part, that supplier fee may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.

Shipping, handling, payment processing, special order, and supplier fees may be non-refundable.

    9. Installed Parts

Once a part has been installed on a vehicle, it is generally not eligible for return as retail merchandise.

If an installed part fails, the issue will be handled under any applicable written warranty, manufacturer warranty, supplier warranty, or FIX SERVICE warranty stated on the invoice or repair order.

A failed installed part does not automatically entitle the customer to a cash refund. The available remedy may be inspection, replacement, repair, warranty claim, supplier review, manufacturer review, or another remedy stated in the applicable warranty terms.

Labor, diagnostics, towing, storage, rental vehicles, inconvenience, loss of use, lost income, and consequential damages are not automatically refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Installed parts may also be subject to the applicable repair order, invoice, warranty terms, and Repair Authorization Terms. Once a part has been installed, any concern may be reviewed as a warranty, repair, replacement, supplier claim, or manufacturer claim issue, not automatically as a retail return. Additional terms are available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms.

    10. Defective Parts

If a part appears defective, FIX SERVICE may require inspection of the vehicle, inspection of the part, diagnostic verification, supplier review, manufacturer review, or warranty claim processing before any refund, replacement, credit, or repair is approved.

A part is not considered defective simply because:

It did not fix a problem caused by another issue.

    The vehicle has multiple faults.

The vehicle has wiring, programming, module, corrosion, mechanical, or prior repair issues.

The part was installed on a vehicle with other unresolved problems.

The part was damaged by misuse, overheating, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation by others, contamination, electrical failure, or another external cause.

The customer supplied incorrect information about the vehicle.

The customer-supplied part was incorrect, low quality, used, defective, or incompatible.

Defective part claims are subject to applicable warranty terms.

    11. Customer-Supplied Parts

FIX SERVICE may choose whether to accept customer-supplied parts.

Customer-supplied parts are generally not eligible for refund, return, exchange, or warranty through FIX SERVICE because they were not purchased from FIX SERVICE.

If FIX SERVICE installs a customer-supplied part, the customer understands and agrees that:

The customer is responsible for part accuracy and compatibility unless FIX SERVICE expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

FIX SERVICE may charge labor even if the customer-supplied part is incorrect, defective, incomplete, incompatible, or fails after installation.

FIX SERVICE may not provide a parts warranty on customer-supplied parts.

Labor warranty may be limited or unavailable for customer-supplied parts.

Additional labor may be required if the part does not fit, fails, or causes complications.

The vehicle may remain disabled if the supplied part is incorrect, defective, or unavailable.

The customer may be responsible for towing, storage, additional diagnostics, additional parts, and additional labor where applicable.

Customer-supplied parts are not purchased from FIX SERVICE and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or parts warranty through FIX SERVICE. Additional risks, warranty limits, labor limits, and customer responsibility for customer-supplied parts are described in the Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms

    12. Core Charges and Exchange Parts

Some automotive parts include a core charge or exchange requirement.

Core charges may apply to items such as alternators, starters, brake calipers, steering racks, compressors, batteries, modules, engines, transmissions, differentials, transfer cases, and other exchange parts.

A core refund or core credit may be available only if:

The correct old part is returned.

    The core is complete.

The core is not physically damaged beyond supplier rules.

The core is returned within the required time period.

    The supplier accepts the core.

The core is the same type required by the supplier.

    Any applicable documentation is provided.

If the supplier rejects the core, the customer may not receive a core refund or credit.

Warranty or exchange parts may need to be returned to the supplier or manufacturer and may not be available to the customer.

    13. Diagnostics Are Non-Refundable

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once diagnostic work has started or has been performed.

Diagnostic work may include inspection, testing, scanning, live data review, electrical testing, mechanical testing, pressure testing, smoke testing, road testing, research, disassembly, reassembly, technician time, or other professional evaluation.

A diagnostic fee pays for technician time, equipment use, testing, research, and professional analysis. It does not guarantee that the customer will approve the repair, that the repair will be inexpensive, that all problems will be found in one step, or that the vehicle can be repaired without additional diagnostic time.

If a customer declines the recommended repair after diagnostics, the diagnostic fee remains due.

Diagnostic authorization, diagnostic charges, testing, inspection, technician time, and related customer acknowledgments may also be governed by the applicable repair order, invoice, and Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms

    14. Labor Charges Are Non-Refundable After Work Is Performed

Labor charges are generally non-refundable once labor has been performed.

Labor includes technician time, inspection, testing, removal, installation, disassembly, reassembly, programming preparation, road testing, service procedures, research, repair work, adjustment, cleaning, setup, and related work.

If a customer cancels a repair after work has started, the customer remains responsible for labor actually performed, parts installed, special order parts, non-cancelable parts, and other authorized charges.

Labor charges, work authorization, customer approval, cancellation after work begins, and charges for work already performed may also be governed by the applicable repair order, invoice, estimate, and Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms

    15. Completed Services

    Completed services are generally non-refundable.

    Completed services may include:

    Diagnostics.

    Oil changes.

    Fluid services.

    Brake services.

    A/C evacuation or recharge.

    Tire mounting or balancing.

    Wheel alignment.

    Inspections.

    Battery installation or registration.

    Programming.

    Coding.

    Calibration.

    Key cutting or key programming.

    Electrical testing.

    Mechanical repairs.

    Road testing.

    Any authorized service already performed.

If there is a concern with completed work, FIX SERVICE may inspect the vehicle and review the concern under any applicable warranty or service policy. A concern with completed work does not automatically create a right to a refund.

    16. Programming, Coding, Calibration, and Electronic Work

Programming, coding, calibration, immobilizer work, module setup, battery registration, adaptation, relearn procedures, key programming, and similar electronic services are generally non-refundable once started.

These services may be affected by vehicle condition, module condition, wiring faults, battery condition, aftermarket parts, prior repairs, used modules, software limitations, manufacturer server availability, internet connection, immobilizer restrictions, and other factors.

A failed or incomplete programming attempt does not automatically mean FIX SERVICE performed the work incorrectly. Additional diagnosis, replacement parts, dealer involvement, manufacturer access, or third-party assistance may be required.

    17. A/C, Refrigerant, Fluids, and Chemicals

A/C service, refrigerant service, fluids, oils, coolants, chemicals, cleaners, additives, and environmental materials are generally non-refundable once used, installed, opened, recovered, transferred, disposed of, or applied to a vehicle.

A/C recharge or refrigerant service does not guarantee that the system has no leaks or that all A/C components are functioning properly unless a full diagnosis and repair have been performed and stated in writing.

If a leak, component failure, electrical issue, pressure issue, compressor issue, or other problem is discovered after service, additional diagnosis and repair may be required.

    18. Tires and Wheels

Tires and wheels may be returnable only if they are unused, unmounted, undamaged, uninstalled, clean, in original condition, and accepted by the supplier.

Tires are generally non-returnable once mounted, balanced, driven on, damaged, altered, repaired, or used.

Wheels are generally non-returnable once mounted, damaged, scratched, installed, driven on, or altered.

Special order tires and wheels may be non-returnable or subject to restocking, shipping, and supplier fees.

    19. Batteries

Batteries may be non-returnable once installed, activated, tested, registered, coded, programmed, or used.

Battery warranty claims may require testing, proof of purchase, vehicle inspection, charging system testing, parasitic draw testing, or supplier approval.

A battery failure caused by charging system problems, electrical issues, parasitic draw, improper use, discharged condition, accident damage, incorrect installation by others, or vehicle faults may not be eligible for refund or warranty.

    20. Online Store and FIX SHOP Purchases

If FIX SERVICE offers online store purchases, FIX SHOP, parts sales, merchandise, accessories, or other retail items, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet the requirements of this Policy.

The customer is responsible for verifying fitment before ordering parts, unless FIX SERVICE expressly agrees in writing to confirm fitment based on VIN or other vehicle information.

Vehicle parts may vary by year, make, model, trim, engine, production date, drivetrain, market, VIN, emissions package, and prior modifications.

FIX SERVICE may deny return of a part that was ordered incorrectly because the customer provided incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information.

    21. Shipping, Delivery, and Damaged Items

Shipping, delivery, handling, and processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless FIX SERVICE made an error.

If an item is shipped to the customer and arrives damaged, missing, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer must notify FIX SERVICE as soon as possible and preferably within 3 business days of delivery.

The customer should keep all packaging, labels, photos, tracking information, and damaged items until the claim is reviewed.

Failure to keep packaging or report damage promptly may affect the ability to process a carrier claim, supplier claim, replacement, refund, or credit.

    22. Incorrect Items

If FIX SERVICE sends or provides the wrong item due to FIX SERVICE error, FIX SERVICE may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or credit after verifying the issue.

The customer must not install, use, modify, damage, or discard the incorrect item.

If the customer installs or uses an incorrect item after receiving it, refund or replacement eligibility may be limited.

    23. Cancellations Before Work Starts

A customer may request cancellation before work begins.

If no work has been performed, no special order parts have been ordered, no supplier charges have been incurred, no towing has occurred, no diagnostic time has started, and no payment processing costs or business costs have been incurred, FIX SERVICE may approve cancellation and refund eligible amounts.

If costs have already been incurred, the refund may be reduced by those costs.

    24. Cancellations After Work Starts

If a customer cancels after work has started, the customer remains responsible for:

    Labor actually performed.

    Diagnostic time.

    Parts actually installed.

Parts ordered specifically for the customer’s vehicle if the order is not cancelable or the parts are not returnable for cash or credit.

    Sublet charges.

    Towing charges.

Storage charges where permitted by law.

Payment processing fees where not refunded by the processor.

Other authorized charges or costs incurred.

FIX SERVICE may release the vehicle during business hours after payment of amounts properly due, subject to applicable law and safety requirements.

    25. Deposits

Deposits may be required for special order parts, large repairs, diagnostics, programming, towing, appointments, subscriptions, memberships, rental or loaner vehicles, vehicle searches, online purchases, or other services.

Deposits may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depending on the specific transaction.

A deposit may be non-refundable if it has been applied to:

    Special order parts.

    Non-returnable parts.

    Vendor charges.

    Diagnostic time.

    Labor already performed.

    Administrative processing.

    Appointment reservation.

    Towing.

    Storage.

    Payment processor fees.

Parts ordered specifically for the customer.

Costs already incurred by FIX SERVICE.

Deposit terms may be stated in the invoice, estimate, repair order, payment link, message, subscription terms, or other written communication.

    26. Subscription, Membership, Loyalty, and Service Plan Payments

If FIX SERVICE offers subscriptions, memberships, loyalty programs, service plans, bonus programs, or customer benefit programs, separate terms may apply.

Unless the specific program terms state otherwise:

    Used subscription periods are non-refundable.

    Used benefits are non-refundable.

Discounts already applied are not refundable as cash.

Bonus credits may have no cash value.

Cancellation may apply only to future billing cycles.

Refunds are not provided for missed opportunities to use benefits.

Abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, or misuse may result in denial of refund or termination of benefits.

If a subscription or membership renews automatically, the renewal, cancellation, refund, and notice terms will be governed by the applicable subscription terms.

    27. Vehicle Sales, Vehicle Search, Rental, and Loaner Programs

Refunds, deposits, cancellations, and payments related to vehicle sales, vehicle search, auction assistance, dealer services, rental vehicles, loaner vehicles, or replacement vehicles may be governed by separate written agreements.

This Policy does not override any signed vehicle sale agreement, buyer’s order, rental agreement, loaner agreement, auction agreement, deposit agreement, financing document, title document, or other vehicle transaction document.

Certain vehicle-related deposits, inspection fees, auction fees, transport fees, administrative fees, financing application fees, rental charges, late fees, cleaning fees, damage charges, and third-party fees may be non-refundable.

    28. State Inspection, Government, and Regulatory Fees

State inspection fees, government fees, regulatory fees, title fees, registration fees, DMV fees, emissions fees, taxes, and similar charges may be non-refundable once performed, submitted, processed, or paid to a government agency or third party.

If an inspection is performed and the vehicle fails, the inspection fee may still be due.

Repairs needed to pass inspection are separate from the inspection fee and may require separate authorization, estimate, invoice, and payment.

    29. Towing, Storage, and Third-Party Fees

Towing, storage, transport, third-party service, vendor, sublet, and outside provider fees may be non-refundable once incurred.

Storage charges may apply only where permitted by law and after required notice.

If a vehicle is not picked up after completion, cancellation, refusal of repair, non-payment, inability to contact the customer, or other delay, storage charges may apply as stated in the estimate, repair order, invoice, written notice, posted policy, SMS/MMS message, email, or other communication, subject to applicable law.

Towing, transportation, delivery, storage, third-party fees, vendor charges, and related expenses may also be governed by the applicable repair order, invoice, written notice, posted policy, and Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms

    30. Refund Method

Approved refunds may be issued by one or more of the following methods:

    Original payment method.

    Store credit.

    Account credit.

    Company check.

    Cash, where appropriate.

    Credit toward future service.

Other method approved by FIX SERVICE.

If payment was made by card or payment processor, the refund may be issued through the same processor when available.

Refund timing may depend on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, ACH network, fraud review, accounting review, or other processing requirements.

FIX SERVICE is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or third-party systems.

    31. Payment Processing Fees

Payment processors may charge fees for card payments, online payments, ACH payments, payment links, refunds, chargebacks, or disputed payments.

If a payment processor does not refund processing fees to FIX SERVICE, those fees may be non-refundable to the customer where permitted by law and disclosed in connection with the transaction or this Policy.

    32. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If the customer has a concern about a charge, invoice, repair, payment link, deposit, or refund, the customer should contact FIX SERVICE first at (929) 690-8278 so the issue can be reviewed.

Filing a chargeback does not cancel:

    A valid repair order.

    An approved estimate.

    An invoice.

    A payment obligation.

    A storage charge.

    A special order part charge.

    Labor already performed.

    Parts already installed.

    A signed agreement.

    A customer-approved transaction.

FIX SERVICE may provide documentation to the payment processor, bank, or card issuer, including invoices, repair orders, approvals, messages, photos, payment records, diagnostic records, pickup records, and other transaction evidence.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service, collection activity, account restriction, or other remedies permitted by law.

    33. Warranty Claims Are Not the Same as Refunds

A warranty claim is different from a refund request.

If a repair, part, or service is covered by a written warranty, the available remedy may be inspection, repair, replacement, adjustment, supplier claim, manufacturer claim, or another remedy stated in the warranty terms.

FIX SERVICE is not required to provide a cash refund simply because a warranty claim is made.

Warranty coverage, if any, must be stated on the invoice, repair order, written warranty, supplier warranty, manufacturer warranty, or other written document.

Warranty claims, warranty inspections, towing exclusions, transportation expenses, customer-supplied parts, installed parts, and limitations on incidental or consequential expenses may also be governed by the applicable warranty terms and Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms

    34. No General Warranty Unless Stated in Writing

FIX SERVICE may provide warranty coverage on certain labor or parts when stated in writing.

There is no universal warranty on every service, part, repair, diagnostic, or transaction unless specifically stated in writing.

Any warranty may be limited by:

    Time.

    Mileage.

    Type of part.

    Type of labor.

    Vehicle condition.

    Customer-supplied parts.

    Used parts.

    Commercial use.

    Racing or abuse.

    Overheating.

    Lack of maintenance.

Related systems not repaired by FIX SERVICE.

    Prior repairs.

    Aftermarket modifications.

    Supplier or manufacturer terms.

Failure to return the vehicle to FIX SERVICE for inspection.

    35. Warranty Inspection Required

Before any warranty-related refund, repair, replacement, or credit is considered, FIX SERVICE may require the customer to return the vehicle to FIX SERVICE for inspection.

If the vehicle is repaired elsewhere without giving FIX SERVICE a reasonable opportunity to inspect the concern, warranty or refund eligibility may be limited or denied, unless required otherwise by law.

FIX SERVICE is not responsible for unauthorized repairs performed elsewhere, unrelated repairs, duplicate repairs, or repairs performed without prior review.

    36. Replaced Parts

If the customer wants replaced parts returned, the customer must request this in writing before work is completed, unless a different rule applies under applicable law.

Some parts may not be returnable to the customer, including:

    Warranty parts.

    Exchange parts.

    Core parts.

Parts that must be returned to the supplier.

Parts that must be retained for warranty review.

    Hazardous materials.

Parts that cannot be safely stored or released.

Parts restricted by law or supplier policy.

Where applicable law gives the customer a right to inspect or request replaced parts, FIX SERVICE will follow applicable legal requirements.

    37. “As Is,” Clearance, Used, and Final Sale Items

Items sold “as is,” clearance items, used items, discounted final sale items, non-returnable items, special liquidation items, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by law or unless FIX SERVICE expressly agrees in writing.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the item condition, description, compatibility, and any stated limitations before purchase.

If a used or “as is” item is sold with no warranty, the invoice or sales document may state that no warranty is provided.

    38. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

FIX SERVICE may deny returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, warranty claims, or cancellations if fraud, abuse, misuse, false information, altered items, swapped parts, stolen items, false payment claims, chargeback abuse, fake receipts, excessive returns, or suspicious activity is suspected.

FIX SERVICE may require identification, proof of purchase, vehicle verification, part inspection, supplier review, payment verification, or additional documentation before approving a refund, return, exchange, or credit.

    39. Errors, Pricing Mistakes, and Corrections

FIX SERVICE may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product description errors, availability errors, invoice errors, payment link errors, promotion errors, website errors, or other mistakes.

If an error is discovered before fulfillment or service completion, FIX SERVICE may cancel or correct the transaction and issue an appropriate refund or revised invoice.

A pricing error, website error, or incorrect product listing does not obligate FIX SERVICE to provide a product or service at an incorrect price where correction is permitted by law.

    40. Promotions, Coupons, and Discounts

Refunds involving promotions, coupons, discounts, loyalty credits, referral credits, bonus credits, or special offers may be adjusted to reflect the actual amount paid by the customer.

Promotional value, coupons, loyalty credits, referral credits, bonus credits, or free services may have no cash value unless expressly stated in writing.

If a refund is approved for a transaction involving a promotion, the refund may be reduced by discounts, used benefits, free services, applied credits, or promotional value already received.

    Reason for request.

Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect.

    Any related messages or documents.

FIX SERVICE may require the item, part, vehicle, or documentation to be reviewed before approving a refund, return, exchange, warranty claim, or credit.

    42. Written Copy of This Policy

A written copy of this Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy is available upon request.

This Policy may also be posted on the FIX SERVICE website at:

    https://fixservicenyc.com/refund-policy

    43. Changes to This Policy

FIX SERVICE may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, website features, store policies, supplier rules, payment processing, legal requirements, refund practices, repair procedures, or customer programs.

The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
