FIX BACK Program Rules
Last updated: October 7, 2026
In short:
- 1 point = $1.
- Points come from mechanic labor on a car with an annual plan: FIX Drive 2%, FIX Family 3%, FIX Commercial 3%. We count the labor you paid for: after the invoice discount, not counting the part covered by points.
- Parts, electrical work, diagnostics and the FIX Account plan don't earn points.
- Points can cover up to 50% of the mechanical labor on an invoice, once every 14 days. You pay the rest as usual.
- Points don't expire while your plan is active. After the plan ends they wait 6 months: renew in time and they're all still there, otherwise they expire.
1. FIX BACK Program
FIX BACK is a loyalty benefit that may allow eligible subscribers to earn FIX BONUS credits based on qualifying purchases or qualifying labor performed by FIX SERVICE.
FIX BONUS credits are promotional loyalty credits.
FIX BONUS credits are not cash.
FIX BONUS credits are not bank funds.
FIX BONUS credits are not gift cards unless FIX SERVICE expressly states otherwise in writing.
FIX BONUS credits are not transferable.
FIX BONUS credits are not refundable.
FIX BONUS credits may be used only according to the rules of the FIX BACK program.
2. Earning FIX BONUS Credits
Unless a plan or promotion states otherwise, FIX BONUS credits may be earned only on eligible labor charges actually paid to FIX SERVICE.
Parts, taxes, fees, towing, storage, sublet charges, third-party charges, shop supplies, environmental fees, deposits, gift cards, subscriptions, memberships, and other excluded charges may not qualify for FIX BONUS unless FIX SERVICE expressly states otherwise.
If FIX SERVICE offers FIX BONUS on shop purchases, online store purchases, or merchandise, the percentage, eligibility, restrictions, and redemption rules will be shown in the applicable program terms.
If the program states that eligible online shop purchases earn 3% FIX BONUS, those credits may be redeemable only toward eligible future vehicle repair labor, unless FIX SERVICE states otherwise in writing.
3. Redeeming FIX BONUS Credits
FIX BONUS credits may be used only for eligible services approved by FIX SERVICE.
Unless FIX SERVICE states otherwise, FIX BONUS credits may be used to cover up to 50% of the eligible labor portion of a qualifying repair or service invoice.
The remaining balance must be paid with real funds using a payment method accepted by FIX SERVICE.
FIX BONUS credits may not be used for parts unless FIX SERVICE expressly allows it.
FIX BONUS credits may not be redeemed for cash.
FIX BONUS credits may not be used to pay taxes, fees, towing, storage, sublet work, third-party charges, deposits, special order parts, rental charges, loaner charges, subscription fees, marketing fees, online advertising fees, or excluded charges unless FIX SERVICE expressly allows it.
4. FIX BONUS Adjustments and Reversals
FIX SERVICE may adjust, reverse, remove, or cancel FIX BONUS credits if:
A payment is refunded.
A transaction is cancelled.
A chargeback is filed.
Fraud or abuse is suspected.
A customer receives credits by mistake.
A duplicate credit is issued.
The customer violates this Agreement.
The customer uses multiple accounts to abuse the program.
The qualifying invoice is not paid.
The purchase is returned.
The service is not eligible.
The credit was issued because of a technical or administrative error.
5. Expiration of FIX BONUS Credits
FIX BONUS credits may expire according to the rules shown in the customer account, program description, promotion, or subscription plan.
If no separate expiration rule is stated, FIX BONUS credits may expire when the subscription expires, is cancelled, is terminated, or is not renewed.
FIX SERVICE may also set expiration dates for promotional credits, referral credits, bonus credits, loyalty credits, or special campaign credits.
Expired credits have no cash value.
