3. Relationship Between These Terms and Repair Documents
These Terms of Use apply generally to website use, digital services, customer communication, appointment scheduling, online payments, and general business interactions.

Payment authorizations.
Warranty terms.
Inspection documents.
Subscription or membership terms.
Loaner or rental vehicle agreements.
Vehicle sale or vehicle search documents.
SMS terms and conditions.
Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed repair order, invoice, estimate, rental agreement, vehicle sale agreement, or other specific written agreement, the more specific document may control for that specific transaction, unless prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable right you may have under applicable federal, state, or local law.
4. Website Use
You may use the FIX SERVICE website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the website for fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
Submit false, inaccurate, or unauthorized information.
Attempt to access another customer’s account or vehicle records.
Interfere with website security or operation.
Use automated tools to scrape, copy, overload, or disrupt the website.
Upload malicious code, viruses, malware, or harmful content.
Misrepresent your identity, vehicle ownership, authority, or relationship to a vehicle.

Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
FIX SERVICE may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to website features if misuse, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security risk is suspected.
5. Customer Accounts and Login Features
If FIX SERVICE offers customer accounts, saved vehicles, customer portals, garage features, service history, document access, or similar account features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You agree to:
Provide accurate account information.
Keep your contact information current.
Protect your password and verification codes.
Not share account access with unauthorized persons.
Notify FIX SERVICE if you believe your account, phone number, email, password, or verification code has been compromised.
FIX SERVICE may require verification before granting account access, changing account information, providing documents, or discussing vehicle records.
FIX SERVICE is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your device, account, phone number, email, password, verification code, or other access credentials.
6. Vehicle Information and Customer Responsibility
When you submit vehicle information, you agree that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Vehicle information may include:
Year, make, model, trim, engine, transmission, and drivetrain.
VIN.
License plate number.
Mileage.
Vehicle symptoms.
Warning lights.
Prior repairs.
Accident history, if known.
Modifications, if known.
Fluid leaks, noises, drivability issues, electrical problems, or other concerns.
You are responsible for telling FIX SERVICE about relevant prior repairs, aftermarket modifications, known defects, unusual symptoms, warning lights, safety concerns, missing parts, removed components, immobilizer issues, key problems, alarm issues, wheel lock keys, and any condition that may affect diagnosis, repair, safety, or testing.
Failure to provide accurate or complete vehicle information may affect diagnostics, estimates, repair time, repair outcome, pricing, and warranty eligibility.
7. Appointments and Scheduling
Online appointment requests are requests only unless confirmed by FIX SERVICE.
An appointment time does not guarantee that work will begin immediately at that exact time. Service timing may depend on vehicle condition, technician availability, diagnostic complexity, parts availability, prior scheduled work, emergency repairs, equipment availability, customer approvals, weather, towing delays, and other operational factors.
FIX SERVICE may reschedule, decline, cancel, or modify appointments when necessary.
If you cannot attend an appointment, you should notify FIX SERVICE as soon as possible.
Repeated no-shows, late arrivals, abusive conduct, or failure to provide required information may result in cancellation, refusal of future appointments, deposit requirements, or other reasonable business action.
8. Diagnostics
Diagnostics are professional testing, inspection, evaluation, measurement, scanning, analysis, research, or troubleshooting performed to identify a vehicle issue.
Diagnostic work may include:
Visual inspection.
Computer scan.
Live data review.
Electrical testing.
Mechanical testing.
Pressure testing.
Smoke testing.
Road testing.
Fluid inspection.
Disassembly or access work, if authorized.
Research of service information.
Programming or software-related checks.
Communication with parts, technical data, or manufacturer systems.
Diagnostic fees may apply whether or not the customer authorizes the repair.
A diagnostic result is based on the information available at the time of testing. Some vehicles may have multiple faults, intermittent issues, hidden damage, prior repair problems, electrical faults, software issues, aftermarket modifications, corrosion, worn components, or failures that become visible only after additional testing or disassembly.
A diagnostic fee does not guarantee that the issue will be fully identified in one step, that all hidden issues will be found immediately, or that the vehicle can be repaired without further diagnosis.
9. Estimates and Price Information
Any estimate, quote, online price, promotional price, starting price, or verbal price is based on the information available at the time it is provided.
Final pricing may depend on:
Vehicle year, make, model, engine, transmission, drivetrain, and configuration.
Vehicle condition.
Mileage.
Corrosion.
Prior repairs.
Aftermarket modifications.
Broken bolts, seized parts, stripped threads, damaged connectors, or access issues.
Diagnostic findings.
Parts availability.
Labor time.
Programming, calibration, coding, or adaptation requirements.
Taxes, shop supplies, disposal fees, environmental fees, towing, storage, or other charges.
Customer-approved additional work.
Hidden damage or conditions discovered during repair.
If you request a written estimate, FIX SERVICE will provide one as required by applicable law. A reasonable charge may apply for preparing a written estimate where permitted by law.
FIX SERVICE will not intentionally charge for work or parts in excess of an applicable written estimate without customer consent where consent is required by law.
10. Authorization to Perform Work
FIX SERVICE may require your authorization before performing diagnostics, inspections, repairs, disassembly, testing, towing-related work, programming, parts ordering, or other services.
Authorization may be provided in different ways, including:
Signed repair order.
Written approval.
Electronic approval.
Online form submission.
SMS/MMS approval.
Email approval.
Recorded or documented phone approval.
In-person approval.
Payment of a deposit or invoice connected to approved work.
Other clear communication showing approval.
If you authorize work by phone, SMS, email, online form, or other non-written method, FIX SERVICE may document the date, time, method, person authorizing, and scope of authorization.
Responses such as “approved,” “go ahead,” “yes,” “OK,” “do it,” “proceed,” “start,” “fix it,” or similar words may be treated as authorization if the surrounding communication reasonably identifies the work, estimate, price, or request being approved.
If you do not understand the scope, price, risk, timeline, or consequence of approving or declining work, you should ask FIX SERVICE for clarification before authorizing.
Certain repair orders, estimates, invoices, or work authorizations may include additional Customer Authorization and Repair Terms. By signing or approving a repair order, estimate, invoice, SMS approval, email approval, online approval, or other authorization, the customer agrees to the applicable Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms
11. Customer Approval by SMS, Email, Phone, or Online Form
FIX SERVICE may send estimates, invoices, photos, videos, repair recommendations, payment links, or authorization requests by SMS/MMS, email, phone, website, customer portal, or CRM.
If you approve work through any of these methods, FIX SERVICE may rely on that approval to perform the authorized work.
You are responsible for reviewing the information provided before approving work.
If someone else is authorized to approve work for your vehicle, you are responsible for notifying FIX SERVICE in advance and making sure that person has authority to approve charges, repairs, diagnostics, parts, storage, towing, or other services.
FIX SERVICE may decline to rely on unclear, suspicious, incomplete, disputed, or inconsistent authorization and may request additional confirmation.
Any customer approval provided by SMS, MMS, email, phone, online form, customer portal, payment confirmation, or other documented communication may be treated as authorization for the approved work. Such approval may also be subject to the applicable Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms
12. Repair Orders and Invoices
FIX SERVICE may issue repair orders, estimates, invoices, receipts, and service documents electronically, in paper form, or through a customer portal.
Invoices may include:
Customer information.
Vehicle information.
Odometer information where applicable.
Work performed.
Parts supplied.
Labor charges.
Diagnostic charges.
Taxes and fees.
Payment status.
Warranty terms, if applicable.
Notes about used, rebuilt, aftermarket, OEM, or non-original parts where required.
Other information required by law or business practice.
You should review invoices and ask questions before paying or taking delivery of the vehicle if something appears incorrect, unclear, or inconsistent with your understanding.
13. Parts
FIX SERVICE may use different types of parts depending on availability, customer approval, vehicle needs, service requirements, warranty requirements, and business judgment.
Parts may include:
OEM parts.
Original equipment quality parts.
Aftermarket parts.
Remanufactured parts.
Rebuilt parts.
Used parts.
Customer-supplied parts, if accepted.
Dealer parts.
Special order parts.
Parts required for programming, calibration, or adaptation.
FIX SERVICE may decline to install certain parts if the part is unsafe, incorrect, low quality, incompatible, customer-supplied without proper fitment confirmation, unavailable for warranty, or otherwise unsuitable.
Customer-supplied parts may not carry the same labor warranty, parts warranty, fitment guarantee, return option, or responsibility coverage as parts supplied by FIX SERVICE.
Special order parts may require a deposit and may be non-cancelable or non-returnable.
Parts, installed parts, replaced parts, core parts, warranty parts, exchange parts, special order parts, and parts return issues may also be governed by the applicable repair order, invoice, Refund Policy, warranty terms, and Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms
14. Replaced Parts
If you want replaced parts returned, you must request this in writing before the work is completed, unless a different rule applies under applicable law.
Some parts may not be returnable to the customer, including warranty parts, exchange parts, core parts, parts that must be returned to a supplier, hazardous materials, or parts that cannot be safely stored or released.
Where applicable law gives you a right to inspect or request replaced parts, FIX SERVICE will follow the applicable legal requirements.
15. Customer-Supplied Parts
FIX SERVICE may choose whether to accept customer-supplied parts.
If FIX SERVICE accepts customer-supplied parts, you understand and agree that:
You are responsible for part accuracy and compatibility unless FIX SERVICE expressly agrees otherwise.
FIX SERVICE may charge labor even if the part is defective, incorrect, incomplete, incompatible, or fails after installation.
FIX SERVICE may not provide a warranty on customer-supplied parts.
Labor warranty may be limited or unavailable for customer-supplied parts.
Additional labor may be required if the part does not fit or causes complications.
The vehicle may remain disabled if the supplied part is incorrect or fails.
Storage charges may apply where permitted by law if the vehicle cannot be completed or picked up.
FIX SERVICE may refuse to install any customer-supplied part at its discretion.
Customer-supplied parts are accepted only at the discretion of FIX SERVICE. If customer-supplied parts are installed, the customer understands that such parts may be defective, incompatible, incomplete, used, poor quality, or not compliant with manufacturer specifications. Customer-supplied parts may not be covered by FIX SERVICE parts warranty or labor warranty. Additional labor, diagnostics, towing, storage, parts, or related expenses caused by customer-supplied parts remain the customer’s responsibility unless prohibited by law. Additional terms may apply under the Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms
16. Sublet and Third-Party Work
FIX SERVICE may use third-party vendors, subcontractors, specialists, towing providers, programming providers, machine shops, parts suppliers, dealerships, calibration providers, glass providers, tire providers, or other service providers when reasonably necessary.
Sublet work may be used for services such as:
Towing.
Programming.
Module coding.
Key services.
Machine work.
Wheel alignment.
Tire work.
ADAS calibration.
Body, glass, or specialty work.
Dealer-level procedures.
Parts sourcing.
Other specialty services.
Third-party providers may have their own warranties, limitations, timelines, availability, and requirements.
FIX SERVICE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, parts availability, manufacturer systems, shipping, programming access, vendor schedules, or conditions outside FIX SERVICE control.
17. Test Drives and Vehicle Operation
By leaving a vehicle with FIX SERVICE, you authorize FIX SERVICE employees, technicians, subcontractors, or authorized representatives to operate, move, park, road test, lift, scan, inspect, and test the vehicle as reasonably necessary for diagnostics, repair, service, quality control, inspection, or business operations.
Test drives may be necessary to verify symptoms, diagnose drivability issues, confirm repair results, evaluate noises, test brakes, test suspension, check transmission behavior, evaluate steering, confirm warning lights, or perform other service-related checks.
FIX SERVICE will use reasonable care when operating customer vehicles.
Some issues may be intermittent or may occur only under certain conditions. Road testing does not guarantee that all symptoms will appear or that all defects will be identified.
By leaving a vehicle with FIX SERVICE or authorizing service, the customer also agrees to the vehicle operation, movement, testing, inspection, parking, road test, pickup, and delivery terms stated in the Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms
18. Vehicle Condition, Hidden Damage, and Repair Risk
Vehicles may have hidden defects, corrosion, prior repair issues, aftermarket modifications, seized fasteners, brittle plastic, damaged wiring, worn connectors, oil leaks, coolant leaks, electrical faults, software problems, or other conditions that are not visible before work begins.
During diagnostics or repair, additional issues may be discovered.
Certain procedures may involve risk, including:
Disassembly.
Electrical testing.
Module programming.
Battery replacement.
Rusted fastener removal.
Engine or transmission work.
A/C service.
Cooling system pressure testing.
Suspension and steering repair.
Brake work.
Interior trim removal.
Emissions or inspection-related work.
Work on older, high-mileage, modified, neglected, or previously damaged vehicles.
FIX SERVICE will use reasonable care, but the discovery of additional damage, broken components, failed parts, hidden defects, programming failures, or additional required work may increase cost and time.
19. Programming, Coding, Calibration, and Electronic Systems
Some vehicles require programming, coding, calibration, adaptation, relearn procedures, initialization, battery registration, module setup, key programming, scan tool procedures, or manufacturer-level service information.
Electronic and programming-related work may be affected by:
Vehicle battery condition.
Module condition.
Wiring condition.
Network communication issues.
Aftermarket parts.
Used modules.
Prior coding.
Software version.
Manufacturer server availability.
Internet connectivity.
Subscription access.
Vehicle security systems.
Immobilizer restrictions.
Unknown prior repairs.
FIX SERVICE does not guarantee that every module, key, coding, programming, calibration, or electronic procedure will be successful. Additional diagnosis, replacement parts, dealer involvement, manufacturer access, or third-party support may be required.
20. Inspection Services
If FIX SERVICE provides inspection-related services, the inspection result depends on applicable inspection rules, vehicle condition, readiness monitors, safety items, emissions status, equipment condition, and regulatory requirements.
Passing or failing inspection is based on applicable standards and vehicle condition at the time of inspection.
FIX SERVICE cannot guarantee that a vehicle will pass inspection before inspection is performed.
Repairs related to inspection failure may require separate diagnosis, estimate, authorization, parts, labor, and invoice.
21. A/C, Refrigerant, Fluids, and Environmental Services
A/C service, refrigerant service, fluid service, leak testing, evacuation, recharge, recovery, and related procedures may be subject to environmental, safety, equipment, refrigerant type, and vehicle-specific requirements.
Pricing may vary based on refrigerant type, vehicle design, refrigerant capacity, leak condition, component failure, compressor operation, electrical controls, pressure readings, temperature readings, and hidden defects.
A recharge does not guarantee that the A/C system has no leaks or that all A/C components are working properly unless a full diagnosis and repair are performed.
Fluid levels, leaks, contamination, wear, corrosion, and prior service history may affect outcome.
22. Payments
You agree to pay all authorized charges, including diagnostics, labor, parts, taxes, fees, deposits, towing, storage, shop supplies, environmental fees, special order parts, sublet services, and other charges approved by you or otherwise permitted by law.
Payments may be accepted through:
In-person payment.
Credit or debit card.
Stripe payment link.
Online payment.
Bank-related payment method.
Other payment method approved by FIX SERVICE.
FIX SERVICE may require payment before releasing a vehicle, releasing parts, releasing documents, ordering special parts, beginning certain work, continuing work, or providing additional services.
You should not send full credit card numbers, CVV codes, PIN codes, passwords, full bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through regular SMS, MMS, email, or unsecured messages.
23. Payment Links and Stripe
FIX SERVICE may send secure payment links through Stripe or another approved payment provider.
Before making payment, you are responsible for reviewing:
Payment amount.
Invoice or estimate description.
Recipient.
Service being paid for.
Applicable taxes and fees.
Refund or cancellation terms.
If you believe a payment link is incorrect, suspicious, unauthorized, or unclear, call FIX SERVICE at (929) 690-8278 before making payment.
Payment processing may be governed by the payment processor’s own terms and privacy policy.
24. Deposits and Special Orders
FIX SERVICE may require deposits for certain appointments, diagnostics, special order parts, large repairs, programming work, customer-specific parts, towing, rental, loaner, subscription, or other services.
Deposits may be applied to the final invoice.
Some deposits may be non-refundable if they are used for special order parts, non-returnable parts, cancelled appointments, diagnostic time, administrative work, vendor charges, or other costs already incurred.
The specific deposit terms may be stated in the estimate, invoice, repair order, payment request, message, or separate agreement.
25. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
Refunds, cancellations, and credits are handled based on the specific transaction, work performed, parts ordered, labor completed, vendor charges, payment processor rules, and applicable law.
FIX SERVICE may decline refunds for:
Completed diagnostics.
Completed labor.
Installed parts.
Special order parts.
Non-returnable parts.
Electrical parts.
Programming work.
Vendor charges.
Towing.
Storage.
Work authorized by the customer.
Services already performed.
If you dispute a charge, you should contact FIX SERVICE first so we can review the issue.
Filing a chargeback does not cancel a valid repair order, invoice, storage charge, payment obligation, or other amount owed.
26. Vehicle Pickup and Release
A vehicle may be released only after all required payments, documents, authorizations, and pickup requirements are satisfied.
FIX SERVICE may require proof of identity, proof of ownership, proof of authorization, payment confirmation, or other reasonable documentation before releasing a vehicle.
If someone else will pick up the vehicle, you must authorize that person in advance. FIX SERVICE may refuse to release a vehicle to a person who cannot verify authorization.
You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle, collecting keys, collecting personal property, and asking any questions at pickup.
27. Storage, Delayed Pickup, and Abandoned Vehicles
If a vehicle is not picked up after completion, cancellation, refusal of repair, non-payment, lack of authorization, inability to contact the customer, or other delay, storage charges may apply where permitted by law and after any legally required notice.
Storage terms may be stated in an estimate, repair order, invoice, written notice, SMS/MMS message, email, posted policy, or other communication.
FIX SERVICE will apply storage charges only as permitted by applicable law.
If a vehicle remains unpaid, unclaimed, abandoned, or not picked up, FIX SERVICE may exercise available legal rights, including lien rights, collection rights, storage rights, or other remedies permitted by law.
If the customer does not pick up the vehicle after being notified that the vehicle is ready, storage charges may apply where disclosed and permitted by law. Storage terms, pickup timing, customer responsibility, and related charges may also be governed by the repair order, invoice, written notice, posted policy, and Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms
28. Personal Property in Vehicles
You are responsible for removing cash, valuables, personal items, documents, electronics, firearms, controlled items, toll tags, garage openers, keys, tools, child seats, and other belongings from your vehicle before leaving it with FIX SERVICE.
FIX SERVICE is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left inside a vehicle, except where caused by FIX SERVICE’s proven misconduct or where liability cannot be limited by law.
If personal property is found, FIX SERVICE may attempt to return it, store it temporarily, or handle it according to reasonable business practices and applicable law.
29. Keys, Alarms, Wheel Locks, and Access
You are responsible for providing all keys, key fobs, wheel lock keys, alarm instructions, immobilizer information, access codes, and other items needed to move, inspect, diagnose, or repair the vehicle.
If keys, wheel lock keys, access tools, or necessary information are missing, additional charges, delays, towing, locksmith service, programming, or other work may be required.
FIX SERVICE is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by missing keys, incorrect keys, aftermarket alarms, immobilizer issues, locked compartments, missing wheel lock keys, or unavailable vehicle access.
30. Warranties
FIX SERVICE may provide warranty coverage on certain labor or parts when stated on the invoice, repair order, estimate, written warranty, or other service document.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on:
Type of service.
Type of part.
Customer-supplied parts.
Used parts.
Aftermarket parts.
Rebuilt or remanufactured parts.
Vehicle condition.
Mileage.
Commercial use.
Racing, abuse, neglect, overheating, lack of maintenance, or misuse.
Prior repairs.
Related systems not repaired by FIX SERVICE.
Manufacturer or supplier warranty terms.
There is no universal warranty on every service unless specifically stated in writing.
Warranty claims may require the vehicle to be returned to FIX SERVICE for inspection before any warranty decision is made.
Warranty coverage does not automatically include towing, rental vehicle, lost income, lost time, consequential damages, unrelated repairs, or repairs performed elsewhere unless specifically agreed in writing or required by law.
Any warranty provided by FIX SERVICE applies only if stated in writing on the invoice, repair order, warranty document, or other written agreement. Warranty limitations, exclusions, towing responsibility, transportation expenses, rental vehicle costs, storage charges, loss of use, customer-supplied parts, and related warranty conditions may also be governed by the Repair Authorization Terms available at https://fixservicenyc.com/repair-authorization-terms
31. No Guarantee of Final Repair Outcome
FIX SERVICE uses reasonable professional judgment, tools, equipment, experience, service information, and diagnostic procedures.
However, automotive diagnosis and repair can involve uncertainty, especially with intermittent issues, high-mileage vehicles, electrical faults, network problems, prior repairs, hidden damage, corrosion, aftermarket modifications, programming issues, or multiple related failures.
FIX SERVICE does not guarantee that every symptom will be duplicated, every problem will be found immediately, every repair will be completed within a specific time, or every vehicle can be repaired economically.
Any specific warranty or guarantee must be stated in writing.
32. Manufacturer Warranties, Recalls, Insurance, and Third-Party Contracts
You are responsible for understanding any manufacturer warranty, extended warranty, service contract, insurance coverage, recall, third-party warranty, or protection plan that may apply to your vehicle.
FIX SERVICE may assist with information, documents, photos, estimates, or communication where appropriate, but FIX SERVICE is not responsible for whether a manufacturer, insurance company, warranty company, lender, lessor, or third party approves or denies coverage.
Third-party contracts may have their own rules, including prior authorization, claim procedures, deductibles, covered repairs, excluded repairs, approved facilities, documentation requirements, and reimbursement procedures.
You remain responsible for payment unless FIX SERVICE agrees in writing to bill and accept payment directly from a third party.
33. Towing and Roadside-Related Services
If towing or roadside-related service is arranged, requested, or referred through FIX SERVICE, the towing provider may be a third party.
Towing, transport, loading, unloading, storage, parking, road conditions, access limitations, vehicle condition, damage claims, timing, and pricing may be subject to the towing provider’s terms and applicable law.
FIX SERVICE is not responsible for third-party towing damage, delays, pricing, availability, or conduct unless FIX SERVICE directly caused the issue and liability cannot be limited by law.
34. Subscriptions, Memberships, Loyalty, and Referral Programs
If FIX SERVICE offers subscriptions, memberships, loyalty programs, bonus programs, referral programs, service plans, or similar customer programs, those programs may be governed by separate terms.
Program benefits, pricing, eligibility, discounts, credits, expiration, exclusions, cancellation, non-transferability, upgrades, downgrades, renewal, and limitations may vary by program.
FIX SERVICE may modify, suspend, or discontinue a program where permitted by law.
Program benefits may have no cash value unless expressly stated.
Referral or bonus rewards may be denied, adjusted, or cancelled if fraud, abuse, self-referral, duplicate accounts, fake referrals, non-eligible services, chargebacks, cancelled repairs, or misuse is suspected.
35. Vehicle Sales, Vehicle Search, Dealer, and Related Services
If FIX SERVICE offers vehicle search, vehicle sales, vehicle listing, dealer-related services, auction-related services, financing support, document support, or related vehicle transaction services, separate terms and documents may apply.
Any vehicle price, availability, mileage, condition, auction estimate, market value, profit estimate, financing estimate, or payment estimate may change and is not guaranteed unless stated in a final signed agreement.
Vehicle transactions may involve third parties, lenders, auctions, transport providers, inspection providers, title agencies, DMV processes, banks, and other parties.
FIX SERVICE is not responsible for third-party decisions, bank approvals, auction changes, title delays, financing denials, transport delays, vehicle history inaccuracies, or market changes except where responsibility is expressly assumed in writing.
36. Loaner, Rental, or Replacement Vehicles
If FIX SERVICE offers a loaner, rental, replacement, or temporary vehicle, separate rental or loaner terms may apply.
Such terms may include:
Driver eligibility.
License requirements.
Insurance requirements.
Deposit.
Mileage limits.
Fuel rules.
Damage responsibility.
Return condition.
Late return fees.
Traffic tickets.
Tolls.
Parking tickets.
Cleaning fees.
Smoking restrictions.
Prohibited use.
Accident reporting.
A customer may not use any loaner or rental vehicle unless all required documents, approvals, insurance, and payment conditions are satisfied.
37. Online Store, Parts, Merchandise, and FIX SHOP
If FIX SERVICE offers an online store, parts requests, merchandise, accessories, service products, or FIX SHOP features, separate purchase terms may apply.
Product availability, pricing, shipping, taxes, returns, fitment, warranty, installation, and compatibility may vary.
Vehicle parts fitment may depend on VIN, production date, engine, drivetrain, trim, market, and other vehicle-specific details.
FIX SERVICE is not responsible for incorrect parts selected by a customer without proper verification.
38. Website Content and No Professional Advice Outside Automotive Service
Website content, blogs, service descriptions, videos, photos, social media posts, pricing examples, educational materials, and general explanations are provided for general information.
They are not a substitute for vehicle-specific diagnosis, inspection, repair estimate, repair order, manufacturer procedure, legal advice, financial advice, insurance advice, or tax advice.
Automotive information may vary by vehicle, condition, market, equipment, parts, and manufacturer specifications.
You should not rely solely on website content to determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive, needs repair, will pass inspection, or qualifies for a specific service.
39. Pricing on Website and Promotions
Website pricing, promotional pricing, starting prices, examples, discounts, coupons, service descriptions, and advertisements may change at any time.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, website pricing is not a final estimate or guaranteed final invoice.
Promotions may be subject to:
Eligibility.
Appointment availability.
Vehicle type.
Parts availability.
Labor complexity.
Diagnostic findings.
Expiration dates.
Exclusions.
Taxes and fees.
One-time use limits.
Non-combination with other offers.
Management approval.
FIX SERVICE may correct pricing errors, typographical errors, outdated offers, or incorrect website information.
40. Reviews, Photos, Videos, and Customer Content
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, messages, comments, testimonials, social media tags, or other content to FIX SERVICE, you grant FIX SERVICE permission to use, store, display, reproduce, and share that content for business, customer service, documentation, quality control, dispute prevention, training, and marketing purposes, where permitted by law and applicable platform rules.
FIX SERVICE will not intentionally publish personally identifying customer images or private personal information for public advertising without appropriate permission where required.

Public reviews posted on third-party platforms may remain subject to the policies of those platforms.

All third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, vehicle names, and product names belong to their respective owners.
Reference to any vehicle brand, manufacturer, part, tool, payment processor, software provider, or third-party service does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
42. Third-Party Links and Services
The website, SMS messages, emails, invoices, or customer communications may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment processors, maps, social media platforms, CRM tools, scheduling tools, review platforms, parts providers, financing providers, banks, or other services.
