This Cookie Policy explains how FIX SERVICE CORP, doing business as FIX SERVICE ("FIX SERVICE", "we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on fixservicenyc.com. It applies in addition to our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We also use similar browser storage (sessionStorage) for the same purposes; in this policy we call all of them "cookies."

2. Cookies We Use

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not run tracking pixels on this website. The cookies we use fall into two categories. You can review your choices at any time through the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the site footer.

2.1 Strictly Necessary

Required for the site to work. They cannot be switched off in the banner:

• cc_cookie stores your cookie choice (about 6 months, then we ask again).
• lang remembers the site language you chose, English or Russian (up to 12 months).
• fix_lead marks that a request was just sent from this browser, so the same request is not submitted twice and our inbox is protected from spam (up to 30 minutes).
• fixflow_session keeps you signed in if you log in to your FIX Account (session).

2.2 Functional

• fix_ref remembers the referral code when you arrive through a FIX SERVICE referral link, so the person who referred you can be credited (up to 30 days).
• Form drafts (sessionStorage) keep what you typed into a request form if you switch the site language or reload the page. They are deleted when you close the tab or after the request is sent.

3. Third-Party Content

Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy. Payments for FIX Account and other paid services are made on Stripe pages in your FIX Account, not on this website.

4. Your Choices

• Cookie banner: shown on your first visit; you can Accept All, Reject All, or Customize.
• "Your Privacy Choices" footer link: re-opens your cookie settings at any time.
• Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking Strictly Necessary cookies may break parts of the site, such as the language you chose or signing in.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we ever add a new category of cookies, such as analytics, we will update this policy first and ask for your choice again through the cookie banner.
