Professional engine reassembly
An engine overhaul does not begin with assembly - it begins with a professional inspection. In order for a shop to provide a warranty and ensure the vehicle can continue driving reliably for many years and thousands of miles on American roads, the engine must first be completely disassembled and carefully inspected. During this inspection the condition of the main engine components and their wear level are evaluated. Special attention is paid to critical parts such as the cylinder walls, crankshaft, and other internal components that may sometimes require machining or restoration. After the inspection is completed, the condition of the engine is discussed with the customer and a decision is made - either rebuild the engine or replace it with a used engine. In many cases in the United States, replacing the engine can be more cost-effective for the customer. At FIX SERVICE our goal is not simply to take an engine apart, but to recommend the right solution and perform the repair so the engine can operate reliably for a long time. The cost of this type of work can vary depending on engine design, wear level, and the scope of repairs required. Final pricing is determined after a full engine inspection.
