Hybrid Battery repair with full module overhaul (Full Battery Reconditioning)

Hybrid battery repair is a complex process that requires accurate diagnostics and experience. In most cases worn battery modules are replaced with new ones and the battery pack is balanced so the system operates correctly. After the repair the battery must be programmed and adapted in the vehicle system. We also clean the battery cooling ventilation system since proper cooling directly affects battery life. It is important to understand that on some hybrid vehicles battery modules can be replaced individually, as on many Toyota and Lexus systems. However on certain models, especially vehicles equipped with lithium hybrid batteries, the battery is not serviceable at the module level and must be replaced as a complete original assembly. This service includes a 6 month warranty confirmed in the service invoice. Hybrid battery warranty conditions: warranty coverage applies only within the stated warranty period and in accordance with these terms; warranty term is 6 months from the installation date with no mileage limit for regular use and up to 25,000 miles for commercial vehicles including Taxi, TLC, Uber and Lyft; warranty is valid only if the battery was installed by our company, remains in the original vehicle, is used by the first owner, has not been opened, tampered with or damaged, and the vehicle is properly maintained and fully operational; warranty does not apply in cases of improper installation, damage after installation, vehicle storage without operation for more than 30 days, accident, flood, fire, installation of the battery into another vehicle, or poor engine condition causing battery discharge; the following codes are not covered under warranty: U0129, U0073, U0293, P3190, P3191, P3193, P0AA6 (526, 611, 612, 613, 614), P0A08, P0A93, P0A94, P261B, P0420, P1121, P1116, C1256; diagnostic fees and towing are not reimbursed, replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty period, and maximum liability is limited to the cost of the battery.
