Coolant replacement service
Cooling system flush
Old coolant removal and refill
Cooling system inspection
Coolant plays an important role in the engine cooling system by removing heat and protecting the system from overheating, corrosion, and freezing. Over time coolant begins to lose its protective properties as contaminants, corrosion particles, and deposits accumulate in the fluid. This can reduce cooling efficiency and contribute to internal buildup within the radiator and cooling passages. During this service the old coolant is drained from the system and the cooling system may be flushed if necessary before new coolant that meets the vehicle manufacturer specifications is installed. After refilling, the system is properly bled to remove trapped air and checked for leaks. Regular coolant replacement helps maintain proper engine temperature and can extend the life of components such as the radiator, water pump, and thermostat.
