The driveshaft and center support bearing are part of the drivetrain and transfer power from the transmission to the wheels. Over time the support bearing can wear out and cause vibration, humming, or noise while driving, especially during acceleration. In some cases only the center support bearing needs to be replaced, while in other situations the entire driveshaft assembly may require replacement. In our shop we diagnose these issues and replace the necessary components. The cost depends on the vehicle design and the complexity of the repair.
