Replacing the radiator grille

There are vehicles equipped with an active grille shutter system built into the radiator grille. This mechanism uses an electric actuator to automatically open or close the shutters, regulating airflow through the radiator. The system helps the engine reach operating temperature faster and also improves vehicle aerodynamics. Over time the actuator or shutter mechanism may fail, causing the shutters to stop operating properly.
