Testing and calibration of the battery cooling system
Hybrid battery cooling system inspection
Cooling fan performance test
Air duct cleaning
Temperature sensor diagnostics
Hybrid vehicles use a dedicated cooling system to maintain the proper operating temperature of the battery modules. If the cooling system does not function correctly, the battery can overheat, which significantly accelerates battery wear. During the diagnostic process we check the operation of the battery cooling fan, inspect the air ducts and filters, and analyze temperature sensor data through diagnostic equipment. If necessary, the system is cleaned from dust and debris that may restrict airflow. After inspection, the system is tested and calibrated to ensure the cooling system operates correctly and the battery remains within a safe temperature range.
