Testing battery modules under load
Hybrid battery load testing
Live data parameter analysis
Weak module detection
Battery cell condition diagnostics
Proper hybrid battery diagnostics is often performed under load conditions. During the test, diagnostic equipment is used to monitor parameters in live data mode, and the hybrid charging system may be temporarily disabled to allow the battery to operate under real load. This makes it possible to observe how the individual battery modules behave. At this stage it becomes clear if one of the modules shows abnormal voltage fluctuations or drops compared to the others. A weak or unstable module typically indicates wear or internal failure. This testing method helps accurately identify problematic battery modules and determine the correct repair or battery restoration approach.
