Vehicle Parasitic Battery Drain Test
Battery parasitic drain diagnostics
Parasitic current draw testing
Faulty module detection
Aftermarket equipment inspection
Sometimes a vehicle battery may drain even when the engine is turned off. In most modern vehicles the electronic systems enter sleep mode and electrical consumption becomes minimal. However, faulty control modules or improperly installed aftermarket equipment such as dash cameras, alarms, or other accessories may continue drawing power and slowly drain the battery. At FIX SERVICE we perform a parasitic battery drain test, measure the vehicle's resting current draw, and systematically inspect electronic modules and circuits to locate the source of the power drain.
